A MESSAGE FROM
MIKE & CLAIRE ALAMEDA
In this short video, Mike Alameda and Claire Alameda, founders and directors of Corazón Ministries, share the story of how the ministry began and the mission that God placed on their hearts. They reflect on the journey of faith that shaped its foundation, the values that guide its work, and the vision for serving families and communities through Christ-centered outreach.
OUR MISSION
The purpose of Corazón Ministries is to evangelize to non-believers, to develop believers into disciple makers, and to equip believers for work and service within the context of culture and community in the Hispanic, Latino, and other ethnic populations.
REACH
We connect through personal relationships to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ, on a cultural level with the Hispanic & Latino community by creating Gospel-centered gatherings where the love of Jesus Christ is experienced.
EQUIP
Through Bible-centered, one-on-one mentorship, participants mature spiritually. They learn to engage the community and become Disciple-makers, while breaking down cultural and denominational barriers through workshops and more.
SEND
We serve the hearts of families and people in need, focusing on the Hispanic & Latino community to share the Gospel. We also go into churches and Christian ministries working alongside other believers in the Body of Christ.
STATEMENT OF FAITH
We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible authoritative Word of God.
We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three person: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return to power and glory.
We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful man, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.
We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.
We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto the
resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.
